Yael Rosman

Founder and occupational therapist

Yael is an experienced Occupational Therapist who gained her degree from The University of Sydney in 2007. She is also a Mum to two young children and one fur-baby.

Yael has worked with children through a range of different paediatric OT roles including not-for-profit early intervention services, private practice and the government disability sector. She has also worked in a variety of different settings including children’s homes, schools, childcare settings and therapy clinics. However, her passion lies within telehealth and providing access to families in rural and remote parts of Australia. She has been working in the telehealth space since 2021.

Yael embraces a family centered framework and values working collaboratively with each child’s family and their broader team. She facilitates a personal and caring experience for her clients and enjoys supporting families to advocate for their child’s needs. She loves sharing their ‘wins’, no matter how big or small. Yael strives to make therapy sessions engaging, creative, motivating, productive, informative and rewarding.

Through her evidence-based and neurodiversity affirming practice, she delivers quality Occupational Therapy which aims to support families to achieve meaningful and realistic outcomes for their child.
