Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy can also be called Speech Pathology or Speech and Language Therapy.
Speech Therapy is available to help your child communicate, socialise and learn.
The team at LinkSPOT have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent children and their families, including those who are Autistic, ADHD and/or have learning differences.
You may want to see one of our speech therapists for support with any of the following areas:
Literacy (difficulties with phonics, reading, writing and/or spelling)
Communicating or interacting socially (neurodivergent communication differences such as autism or autism spectrum disorders in DSM5; ADHD)
AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication)
Understanding and/or talking (receptive/ expressive language difficulties, late talking, delayed communication)
Speech fluency (stuttering or stammering)
Speech sound errors (including lisps and Childhood Apraxia of Speech or CAS)
